Dr. Jennifer R. Young is the Founder and Clinical Director of With Grace Counseling & Consulting International, PLLC. Licensed in Illinois and Indiana, she specializes in Christ-centered, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples while also supporting individuals and families facing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. She also serves as a professor at Northeastern Illinois University, mentoring future counselors and advancing culturally responsive, attachment-based care.

LeVar Young is a Certified Christian Life Coach who offers faith-based coaching focused on personal growth, goal setting, and spiritual development. He helps clients gain clarity, build accountability, and align their lives with their values and Christian faith.
Coaching areas include life direction, relationships, mindset, habit development, and spiritual growth, using goal-setting and biblically grounded encouragement.
